Create/Design

We’ve spent the last two years (and maybe a little longer) concepting, designing, and sampling with Fred Nicole and Jae Jung – true climbing shoe heroes and experts in the field.

Refining

Factory visits during line production and frequent, in-depth communication with our manufacturers were imperative to ensure all the details were there.

Testing

It was important to get the technical aspects spot on whether you’re climbing indoors, competing, or out in the elements. Our new shoes models have endured rigorous testing from indoor and outdoor climbers.

Great shoes! Fit like a glove!

My last pair of So iLL shoes were the Street and I liked them a lot. When it was time for new shoes I got these Stay models and they fit like a glove. Took me a few sessions to really break them in.

My street shoes size is a 10 and I got these in a 10.

Not correct sizing

Ordered a 10.5 it was way too small super tight, 11 would have been perfect. I’m a 10.5 and size to fit wasn’t actually correct.

If you’re looking for a shoe that does it all this one is it. Extremely versatile shoe can be used on big wall and boulder room all day. I recommend getting exact shoe size for proper fit and to not undersize any of the new lines.
